encourage scientific research, exploration and discoveries and to invent process and products beneficial to the
public.

To construct, maintain or manage libraries, reading rooms, public halls, orphanages, houses for aged
and destitute, crèches, clinics, dispensaries and hospitals. Develop and maintain vital community facilities, including libraries, orphanages, clinics, and hospitals, for public welfare.
